Ps David speaks on Luke 8 (the Parable of the Sower) and explains that "good soil" is a listening ear and heart that tunes in to the voice of Jesus. The "seed" is the living word from God as articulated by the Holy Spirit. Whoever listens with accepting hearts produces a "bumper crop."
