First Year - Full Time
Overview
The DSSM First Year program focuses on assimilating the core values of the Kingdom into the heart of the Believer and establishing God’s Royal identity in the mind of each student. The first year students receive the gifts of the Spirit and learn how to walk in the power of God.
This course is grounded both in teaching theory and encouraging application and experience. Students will participate in a variety of different learning methods that are practical and experiential, including physical/outdoor activities, faith expeditions, group interaction and classroom tutorials.
The First Year aims to train students in body, soul and spirit so that students are an effective conduit for the power of the Spirit.
